Here you can find Kata videos for White Belt up to Brown Belt in Shotokan Karate.

Kata are traditional forms for Karate, which we practise to develop our physical skills, mental focus and understanding of Self Defence techniques.

They are an important part of our classes and are learnt at every level as preparation for taking Gradings for Stripes and Colour Belts in the club.
